Support for the person setting the pace
Private coaching and a steadier operating rhythm for CEOs and founders.

Your habits become the company’s habits. When the founder sends email at midnight and skips every vacation, the leadership team learns that is the standard. Looking after your own energy is part of the job, and it is the first thing a company copies.
What wears founders down
Nobody to think with
The board wants results, the team wants answers, and no one’s only job is your thinking.
A calendar that runs you
Back-to-back meetings from 8 a.m., with strategy pushed into late evenings and Sunday afternoons.
Decisions that pile up
Every hard call routes back to you, so decisions wait and the whole team slows around them.
Recovery keeps slipping
Vacations get cut short, sleep gets traded for the inbox, and exhaustion passes for commitment.
Four ways to start
CEO Performance Partnership
Confidential one-to-one coaching with an ICF-credentialed executive coach on energy, decisions and pace, with a six-month minimum so it outlasts one busy quarter.
Executive Reset Retreat
Two and a half days away from the office to rebuild your operating rhythm, alone or with the leadership team you rely on.
Weigh-In Wellbeing Diagnostic
An anonymous four-week read on workload, managers and recovery, so you hear what people will not tell the CEO directly.
Rounds and Recovery
Six weeks that give the whole company the rhythm of focus and recovery you are trying to keep yourself, so you are not the exception.
How the first quarter runs
- Days 1 to 30
An honest baseline
A long intake conversation and a review of two weeks of your real calendar show where your time and energy actually go.
- Days 31 to 60
A new operating rhythm
You redesign the week: protected thinking blocks, a decision log, a hard stop most evenings and one full day off.
- Days 61 to 90
Step away to see it
A retreat or a quiet day off site tests the new rhythm. You leave with a six-month plan and one measure for each part.
Questions CEOs and founders ask
Is this therapy or a fitness program?
Neither. Our executive coaches hold ICF credentials and work on how you lead, decide, recover and spend your week. There is no boxing and no workout plan. Coaches do not diagnose or treat anything, and if a conversation points to a health concern, they help you find a licensed clinician.
Who will know I am working with you?
Only the people you choose to tell. What you discuss with your coach stays between the two of you. If the company pays, we agree in writing what the sponsor sees, usually session dates and, with your consent, the goals you set. Nothing about your health or family is ever reported.
How do I know if I am burning out?
Only a clinician can assess your health, but the World Health Organization’s ICD-11 describes burnout as an occupational phenomenon with three dimensions: exhaustion, growing mental distance or cynicism about the job, and reduced professional efficacy. If those sound familiar, talk to your doctor and start changing the conditions that cause them.
What does CEO coaching cost?
The CEO Performance Partnership is from $3,200 per month with a six-month minimum, the only minimum term we ask for. The Executive Reset Retreat is from $4,800 per executive, with venue and lodging billed at cost. Prices are indicative, and every proposal is fixed-fee and itemized before you sign anything.
Can my co-founder or leadership team join later?
Yes. You can start one-to-one and add your co-founder or senior team when you are ready, through a shared Executive Reset Retreat or a half-day leadership workshop for up to 30 people. Your own sessions stay private either way, and team agreements are shared only with the group.
