We publish prices because a budget conversation should not start with a guess. Every figure below is indicative and shows where an offer starts; your proposal turns it into one fixed, itemized fee sized to your headcount, sites and schedule.

Questions about pricing

Why are prices shown as “from”?

Because the final fee depends on headcount, sites, shift patterns and how many sessions you need. Each “from” price is the smallest standard version of that offer. Your proposal replaces it with one fixed, itemized fee before any work begins, and that fee does not change unless you change the scope.

How much does team building cost per person?

A half-day team-building session starts at $2,400 for up to 25 people, then $65 for each extra person, so a group of 40 starts at $3,375. Venues, catering and travel outside Greater Louisville are listed separately. A four-session Team Challenge Series over a quarter starts at $8,800.

What changes the price?

Headcount above the base size, extra sites or shifts that need repeat sessions, additional cohorts, venues and travel. Each one appears as its own line in your proposal, so you can remove it and see the fee change. Session content and coach standards stay the same at every price.

Is travel included?

Travel within Greater Louisville is included in every price. Outside it, including Lexington, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Nashville and retreats anywhere in the US, travel is billed at cost and estimated in your proposal before you approve it. Virtual programs carry no travel costs at all.

Do nonprofits and schools pay less?

Yes. Nonprofits and schools receive 15% off every indicative price on this page, including partnerships and memberships. Mention it on the discovery call and the discount appears as its own line in your proposal, so your board or finance office can see exactly what was applied.

How is the work invoiced?

Fixed-fee programs are invoiced in the stages set out in your proposal. Monthly offers, such as the annual partnership, Recognition Rounds, the virtual membership and the advisory retainer, are invoiced monthly. Questions about any invoice go to support@boxingceo.com, and we reply within one business day.
