Example: a regional bank’s executive team
The nine-person executive team of a regional bank meets after a year of acquisitions and late integration calls. The retreat runs at a lodge in the Kentucky hills, Thursday afternoon to Saturday lunchtime. Intake calls show most executives answer email before 6 a.m. The team agrees a quiet window from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. and one monthly meeting with no slides. The six-week follow-up checks both.

What does the price include?
The fee of $4,800 per executive covers intake calls, design, facilitation by an ICF-credentialed executive coach and a certified health and wellness coach, the run-of-show, materials and the six-week follow-up. Venue, lodging, meals and travel are billed at cost, and every item is listed in a fixed-fee proposal.
Where do the retreats take place?
Anywhere in the US. Many Louisville teams choose a lodge or farm within two hours’ drive, and our producers also arrange venues near your other offices or in a destination you choose. We look for quiet, good food, walking routes and a private room for every executive.
Is the retreat confidential?
Yes. What individuals share in intake calls stays with the coaches and is never reported to the CEO or the board. The team charter is written by the group and shared only as widely as the group decides. We do not record any session.
Do executives have to do physical activity?
No. Walks, stretching and time outdoors are offered, adapted for every ability and always optional. The reset is about recovery and attention, not fitness. Executives tell us about mobility, dietary or health needs in the intake call, and the program is planned around them.
Can we run it for a team larger than 12?
We cap each retreat at 12 executives so every conversation includes everyone. Larger leadership groups run as two retreats, often the senior team first and the next layer of leaders after, with a shared video session to connect the two sets of commitments.
