Good questions are part of the warm-up. Here are plain answers on how we work, what sessions involve, how we handle data and what things cost. If yours is missing, email hi@boxingceo.com and we will reply within one business day.
Working with us
What does Boxing CEO do?
We help organizations of 50 to 2,000 people improve the conditions of work: workload, manager habits, recovery and connection. We diagnose those conditions, design a program around three to five priorities, deliver it on site and online, and measure what changed with your leadership team every quarter.
Do you run boxing classes?
No. We do not run boxing classes, sparring or fitness boot camps. Boxing gives us a language for performance under pressure: preparing before the bell, working in rounds, recovering between them and never going without a corner. Our sessions cover workload, focus, recovery, connection and leadership.
What size of organization do you work with?
We design for organizations of 50 to 2,000 employees, in offices, hybrid and remote teams, and frontline or shift-based operations. Smaller teams can book a single session or workshop. Larger organizations usually run programs site by site or department by department, with one combined scorecard for leadership.
Where do you deliver programs?
We deliver on site across Greater Louisville and Southern Indiana, and in person in Lexington, Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Nashville. Retreats can run anywhere in the US, and virtual programs reach employees nationwide. Travel outside Greater Louisville is billed at cost and shown as its own line in your proposal.
Who will deliver our program?
A wellbeing strategist leads every engagement, supported by the specialists your plan needs: NBC-HWC health coaches, ICF-credentialed facilitators, NCCA-certified movement coaches, AFC financial educators or event producers. Every coach is background-checked, insured, and trained in our Corner Method and in referring people to your EAP.
How quickly can we start?
A single session or workshop can usually run two to three weeks after you approve the proposal. Multi-week programs typically reach their first live round four to six weeks after the discovery call, once the weigh-in is read and leadership has approved the game plan.
Programs and sessions
What happens in a typical session?
Most sessions run 45 minutes, on site or online. A coach introduces one idea, such as protecting a focus block or closing the workday on time, the group tries it against real calendars or shift patterns, and everyone leaves with one small change to test that week.
Is participation mandatory?
No. Every session is optional and designed for all abilities. Nobody is asked to exercise, share health information or compete against colleagues. We help you schedule sessions inside paid working time and at shift change, because people join when it does not cost them their break or their evening.
How do you reach frontline and shift workers?
We go to them. Sessions run in break rooms, on the floor or at shift change, including nights and weekends, and short recorded versions cover anyone who cannot attend live. Frontline teams get the same program as head office, timed to their day rather than to an office calendar.
Do you replace our EAP?
No. We work alongside your EAP, never instead of it, and we do not diagnose, treat or provide therapy. Our coaches are trained to notice when someone needs more than coaching and to point them to your EAP or a licensed clinician. Sessions often remind people what the EAP already offers.
Can sessions run online?
Yes. Most programs can run live by video, with recordings for anyone who misses a session, and our virtual wellness membership is built for remote and distributed teams. Online sessions stay short, interactive and camera-optional. Retreats and Wellness Days stay in person, because the room is part of the point.
What do managers do during a program?
Managers join small-group coaching alongside the main sessions, so they can run short check-ins, protect recovery and keep the habits going after we leave. They are the most important part of any program, so we schedule their sessions outside the busiest weeks of the quarter.
Privacy and data
Will you share individual employee data with us?
No. We report in aggregate only and never on a group smaller than ten people; smaller teams are folded into the department above them. No individual health data reaches your company, and we never tell you who answered a survey, what someone said in a listening session or who raised a concern.
Do you use wearables or health screenings?
No. We do not use wearables, biometric screening, step tracking or any tool that monitors individuals. We read the conditions of work through anonymous pulse surveys, listening sessions and aggregate HR data such as turnover and absence, most of which your team already holds.
What data do you ask us for?
Usually headcount, turnover and absence by team or site, exported without names, plus shift patterns and a calendar of your peak weeks. We use it to set a baseline and track change on the scorecard. We ask only for what the scorecard will use, and nothing with names attached.
Are survey answers anonymous?
Yes. Our pulse and weigh-in surveys collect no names or employee IDs, and open comments are grouped by theme before anyone at your company reads them. Employees see what is collected and how it will be reported before they answer, and every question can be skipped.
Can employees speak freely in listening sessions?
Yes, because managers are not in the room and nothing is attributed. A coach meets small groups for about an hour to hear how work actually works, takes notes by theme rather than by name, and reports patterns only, so no comment can be traced to one person.
Pricing and contracts
How much does a corporate wellness program cost?
Our indicative prices start at $950 for a single live virtual session and $2,400 for a half-day team-building session. A 12-week Fight Camp for up to 150 employees starts at $18,000, and annual partnerships start at $3,900 per month. Nonprofits and schools receive 15% off, and every price is on our pricing page.
Are your fees fixed?
Yes. Every proposal is fixed-fee and itemized, so you see the cost of each session, event and report before you approve it. If you add scope later, such as another site or an extra cohort, we send a revised proposal first and bill nothing new without your sign-off.
Do you require a long contract?
No. The only minimum term we ask for is six months on the CEO Performance Partnership, because one-to-one executive coaching needs time to work. Everything else is either a program with a clear start and finish or a monthly offer you review at each quarterly scorecard.
Can we start with something small?
Yes. A common first step is one half-day session, a single live virtual session or the four-week Weigh-In Wellbeing Diagnostic, which starts at $6,500 for up to 250 employees. You see how we work and what the data says before you commit to a larger program.
Who do we contact about an invoice?
Email support@boxingceo.com with the invoice number, and we will reply within one business day. The same address handles scheduling and changes for existing programs. New proposals and pricing questions go to hi@boxingceo.com or (502) 207-2376, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern.
