Virtual wellness worth turning cameras on
Live online sessions and series for remote, hybrid and distributed teams.

Remote employees already spend the day in video calls, so another webinar rarely helps. Our virtual programs are short, live and interactive, run by certified coaches at hours that suit every time zone, and they give a scattered team a reason to show up together.
Why the wellness app sits unopened
Most remote wellness is a library of recordings or an app people open once. William Fleming’s 2024 University of Oxford study of 46,336 UK workers found people in individual programs, wellbeing apps included, were no better off on several wellbeing measures. Remote teams need live contact and shared time, not more content.
What remote teams actually use
Live contact across sites
People in different cities meet the same coach at the same time and talk to each other.
Sessions that fit
Thirty to 45 minutes, set around time zones, with cameras always optional.
Support for life stages
Caregivers, new parents and people in menopause get practical, non-clinical support at work.
Attendance you can see
Monthly attendance and pulse results by team, never by person, sent to your program lead.
Membership, sessions and private series
Virtual wellness membership
A monthly calendar of live sessions on recovery, focus, money and connection, with recordings and guides.
Single live session
One topic for a team meeting, an all-hands or a wellbeing week, led live by a certified coach.
Life-Stage Wellbeing series
Support for caregivers, new parents and people going through menopause, plus guidance for their managers.
Financial Wellbeing series
Budgeting, debt and benefits basics with an Accredited Financial Counselor who never sells products.
What a virtual program includes
Live, interactive sessions
Polls, breakout rooms and questions answered live, not a speaker reading slides.
Two time slots
Sessions repeated at two hours so Eastern and Pacific staff both get a reasonable time.
Recordings and guides
Each session recorded and paired with a one-page guide for anyone who misses it.
Anonymous questions
A form for questions people would never ask on camera, answered in the next session.
Ready-made promotion
Calendar invites, Slack or Teams posts and a short manager note for every session.
Monthly reporting
Attendance, recording views and a two-question pulse, aggregated by team, never by person.
Example: a remote nonprofit across 14 states
A 130-person nonprofit works fully remote across 14 states, and staff only meet at an annual conference. The membership brings two live 45-minute sessions a month, each repeated for Eastern and Pacific hours. A Life-Stage Wellbeing series runs in spring for caregivers and parents, and the monthly pulse tracks whether people feel connected to colleagues outside their own team.
Indicative price
Indicative, from$7
Per employee per month for the virtual wellness membership (minimum 50 employees); single live sessions from $950. Every proposal is fixed-fee and itemized.
Virtual wellness questions, answered
How much do virtual wellness programs cost?
The virtual wellness membership starts at $7 per employee per month, with a minimum of 50 employees. A single live session starts at $950, the Financial Wellbeing series at $3,900 and the Life-Stage Wellbeing series at $4,800. Prices are indicative and fixed-fee, and nonprofits and schools receive 15% off.
What virtual wellness activities work for remote employees?
Short live sessions with something to do: a 30-minute focus and recovery reset, a money basics clinic with live questions, a walking call or a caregiver discussion group. Sessions that only stream a speaker tend to get muted. We build each one around a poll, a breakout or a practice people try on the spot.
Do employees need to turn cameras on?
No. Cameras are always optional, and every session works for someone listening on a phone during a walk. People can ask questions anonymously through a form or the chat. We encourage cameras in small discussion groups, where seeing each other helps, but we never require them.
Which video platforms do you use?
We run sessions on the platform your company already uses, usually Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, so employees click a familiar link. Every session has live captions. Recordings and guides are shared through your intranet or a private link, and they stay available for the rest of your membership.
Can virtual sessions reach frontline or shift workers?
Yes, with a few changes. We keep sessions to 20 or 30 minutes so they fit a break, repeat them at shift change and make recordings that play well on a phone. Where a site has a shared break room, one screen and a speaker let a whole crew join together.
Can we combine virtual and in-person wellness?
Yes, and many hybrid companies do. A common pattern is the monthly virtual membership for everyone plus an on-site Wellness Day or team-building session each quarter in Louisville or a regional office. Remote staff get an online version of each in-person event with their own facilitator.
