A fighter does the work weeks before the bell. Fight Camp does the same for a company: it builds the habits, rhythms and manager skills your people will need before the busy season arrives.

How the twelve weeks run

  1. Weeks 1 and 2

    Weigh-in

A ten-minute survey, three listening sessions and a read of your HR data, summarized in plain language.

  2. Week 3

    Game plan and kickoff

Leadership agrees three priorities, then a 60-minute kickoff introduces rounds, recovery and the corner.

  3. Weeks 4 to 7

    First rounds

Weekly 45-minute sessions on workload, focus and recovery, plus two coaching sessions for managers.

  4. Week 8

    Midpoint check

A short pulse and a leadership review. We keep what works and change what does not.

  5. Weeks 9 to 11

    Second rounds

Team challenges, recognition habits and a manager-led session that hands ownership to your people.

  6. Week 12

    Scorecard

A final pulse, a written report and a 90-minute review with a plan for the next quarter.

Is this the right program?

Right for you if

  • You want one program that reaches the whole company, not a menu of perks
  • Managers are stretched and engagement is slipping
  • You have a busy season or a big change coming in the next six months

Look elsewhere if

  • You need clinical mental health care; we work alongside your EAP, not instead of it
  • You want a single fun event; try a Wellness Day or a team-building session

Example: an accounting firm before tax season

A 90-person firm runs Fight Camp from October to December. The weigh-in finds partners answer email past 10 p.m. and juniors copy them. The game plan sets an evening shutdown, protects two focus blocks a week and trains managers to check in on workload every Monday. The scorecard compares January pulse scores and overtime with last season.

Fight Camp questions, answered

How much time does Fight Camp take from employees?

About an hour a week: one 45-minute session and a short practice in between. Managers add two 60-minute coaching sessions over the twelve weeks. Every session is recorded for people on leave, on shift or traveling.

Can we run Fight Camp for more than 150 people?

Yes. Larger companies run it in cohorts by site or department, either back to back or in parallel. Each cohort gets its own sessions and manager coaching, and leadership gets one combined scorecard.

Is Fight Camp a fitness program?

No. The name borrows the idea of preparation, not the training. Sessions cover workload, focus, recovery, connection and manager habits. Any movement is gentle, optional and adapted for every ability.

What do you need from us?

An executive sponsor, a program lead who can give us about two hours a week, access to anonymous HR data such as turnover and absence, and rooms or a video link for the sessions.

What happens after week 12?

Most companies continue with an annual partnership or a focused program on the priority that matters most. Some take the materials and run it themselves, and we stay available for a quarterly review.
