Retreats that change the conversation

Wellness days, offsites and retreats, planned and produced from venue to debrief.

A meeting table and chairs standing on the surface of a calm lake at dawn.

A retreat is worth the travel when it lets people say what they cannot say in the office. We design the agenda around the two or three conversations your team needs to have, then handle the venue, meals, accessibility and run-of-show so nobody on your team becomes the event planner.

Why offsites fade by Friday

Most offsites pack the agenda with presentations, add a dinner and call it a retreat. People come home tired, with a deck and no decisions. Without recovery time, honest conversation and a follow-up plan, the change stays at the venue.

What people bring home

  • Decisions, not decks

Every retreat ends with three to five written agreements, each with a named owner and a date.

  • Rest in the agenda

Open afternoons, short walks and a sensible finish time, because tired people make poor plans.

  • Nobody left out

Step-free venues, dietary needs met and every activity optional with an easy alternative.

  • A follow-up that lands

A 60-minute review 30 days later to check what happened to each agreement.

What we handle for you

  • Venue shortlist and booking

Three options within your budget and travel time, checked by our producers before you sign.

  • An agenda with purpose

Sessions built around the decisions you need, with recovery time between the heavy ones.

  • Facilitators and coaches

ICF-credentialed facilitators, certified wellness coaches and movement coaches, as the agenda needs.

  • Access and dietary planning

Step-free rooms, a quiet space, dietary needs and an alternative for every activity, arranged in advance.

  • Run-of-show on the day

A producer on site from setup to close, so your team takes part instead of running it.

  • A written follow-up

Agreements, owners and dates sent within three business days, then a 30-day review.

Example: a law firm’s partner retreat

A 110-person law firm wants its 18 partners to agree on workload and associate retention before the new year. The retreat runs for two days at a lodge two hours from Louisville. Mornings are facilitated sessions, afternoons are open for walks and one-to-one conversations, and the second day ends with five written agreements. A Wellness Day for the whole firm follows in January.

Event and retreat questions, answered

How much does a corporate wellness retreat cost?

Retreat design and facilitation starts at $9,500, with venue, lodging, meals and travel billed at cost and itemized in the proposal. The Executive Reset Retreat starts at $4,800 per executive plus venue and lodging. Wellness events and on-site Wellness Days start at $4,500. All prices are indicative and fixed-fee.

What happens at a corporate wellness retreat?

A mix of facilitated conversation, recovery and time outdoors. A typical day has two working sessions in the morning, a long lunch, open time for walks or rest, and a short evening reflection. Activities are optional and low-impact. The aim is to leave with clear agreements and more energy than you arrived with.

Where do your retreats take place?

Anywhere in the US. Most Louisville-area clients choose lodges, farms or conference retreats within two or three hours’ drive in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. We also produce retreats in other regions when a team is spread out. Our producers check every venue in person or by video before you book.

How far in advance should we plan a retreat?

Three to four months is comfortable for a retreat with overnight stays, and six to eight weeks for a single-day offsite or Wellness Day. Popular venues book up early for fall. If your date is fixed and close, tell us; we can often work with a venue you already hold.

Can you run a wellness event at our own site?

Yes. Wellness Days usually run in your building, cafeteria, warehouse or parking lot, with stations for recovery, movement, money basics and food. We arrange tents, tables and power where needed, and we can repeat the day for night or weekend shifts so nobody misses out.

Are retreat activities physically demanding?

No. Every activity is optional and has an easy alternative, and nothing involves boxing or contact of any kind. Walks are short and on even paths, movement sessions are adapted for all abilities, and there is always a quiet room. We ask about access and dietary needs before we book a venue.
