Virtual corporate wellness for teams nationwide

Yes. We design and run retreats anywhere in the US, from a rural retreat center in the mountains to a hotel conference room near your head office. Our event producers handle venue search, accessibility and the run-of-show, and venue, lodging and travel are billed at cost on top of the fixed design fee.

For retreats and larger events, yes, with travel billed at cost. Regular weekly sessions outside Greater Louisville, Southern Indiana and our four regional cities run live by video instead. That keeps your cost down and lets every location join the same session, rather than waiting for a coach to reach them.

The virtual wellness membership is from $7 per employee per month for at least 50 employees, and a single live virtual session is from $950. Online versions of our longer programs are quoted in the same fixed-fee, itemized proposal as on-site work. All prices are indicative until your proposal confirms them.

Programs built on short, regular sessions: Financial Wellbeing, Life-Stage Wellbeing, Rounds and Recovery and manager coaching all run well by video. Team building and Wellness Days work best in person, so a good pattern for a remote company is a virtual program through the year plus one in-person retreat.

The same way everywhere: anonymous and aggregated. We never report on groups smaller than ten people, never ask employers for individual health information and never use wearables or tracking. Results combine by site or region, which keeps a small remote team in one state from being singled out.
