Stacked coins forming stepping stones across a calm river.

Steadier money, one step at a time

Three plain-spoken money sessions, with nothing to sell and nothing reported.

Length
Three sessions over six weeks
Price, indicative
From $3,900

Money worries follow people to work, and too many workplace finance sessions end in a sales pitch. Ours are led by an Accredited Financial Counselor who sells nothing, earns no commission and keeps every question private.

Three sessions, two weeks apart

  1. Session 1

    Cash flow and cushion

A simple spending plan, irregular bills and a starter emergency fund, built around real paychecks.

  2. Session 2

    Debt without shame

How to list debts, choose a payoff order, talk to lenders and avoid high-cost borrowing.

  3. Session 3

    Benefits and long-term plans

Using what you already offer: the retirement match, HSA or FSA, and any EAP financial support.

  4. After each session

    Private questions

An anonymous question form and a 30-minute online office hour, with nothing recorded or reported.

What you receive

Who it is for
All employees, at any income or life stage
Format
60-minute sessions on site or live online, recorded
  • Three 60-minute sessions led by an Accredited Financial Counselor
  • Recordings and plain worksheets for each session
  • A one-page guide to the financial benefits you already offer
  • An anonymous question form and an online office hour
  • An attendance count and feedback summary, never individual data

Is this the right program?

Right for you if

  • Employees ask HR about wage advances or hardship withdrawals
  • You offer a retirement match or HSA that few people use
  • You want money education with no product pitch attached

Look elsewhere if

  • You want investment advice or product recommendations for staff; we never sell or recommend products
  • Someone is in a financial crisis today; your EAP or a nonprofit credit counselor can respond faster

Example: a school district’s support staff

A school district runs the series for its bus drivers, cafeteria staff and classroom aides. Each session runs twice, at 1:30 p.m. between routes and lunch service, in two school cafeterias, with a recording for anyone on a route. The counselor focuses on summer pay gaps, the district’s retirement match and avoiding high-cost loans. As a school system, the district receives 15% off.

Financial Wellbeing questions, answered

Will the counselor sell anything to employees?

Never. Our financial wellbeing educators are Accredited Financial Counselors who do not sell or recommend financial products, take commissions or collect contact details for later sales. They teach skills and explain the benefits you already offer. Anyone who needs ongoing help is pointed to your EAP or a nonprofit counselor.

What do you report back to us?

Only attendance counts and an anonymous feedback summary. We never share who asked what, anyone’s debts or savings, or who joined the office hour. Common themes are reported only when they come from a group of ten or more, so you can improve benefits without seeing anyone’s finances.

What is an Accredited Financial Counselor?

A financial professional who holds the AFC credential, which centers on financial counseling and education rather than selling. Our counselors are also background-checked, insured and trained in our Corner Method, including how to notice when money stress needs your EAP or a licensed clinician.

Can we choose the topics?

Yes. The three default sessions cover cash flow, debt and benefits, and we adjust them to your workforce. Common swaps include student loans, buying a first home, supporting aging parents or planning around seasonal pay. Every session is tailored to your benefits and pay calendar before it runs.

How do shift and remote employees join?

Every session runs live on site or online and is recorded, so people on nights, routes or leave can watch later. Worksheets work on paper or a phone. Many employers run each session twice in one day so both shifts can attend live.
