These terms govern your use of boxingceo.com (the “site”), which is operated by Boxing CEO LLC. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Programs, workshops, events and other services we deliver for clients are governed by a separate written agreement. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies to that work.

Who we are

Boxing CEO LLC (“Boxing CEO”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a corporate wellness and employee engagement company at 10503 Timberwood Cir, Louisville, KY 40223. You can reach us at hi@boxingceo.com or (502) 207-2376. How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

Using the site

You may use the site to learn about our services, use our free tools, and contact us. When you use it, you agree not to:

  • break any law or anyone else’s rights
  • submit false information, or someone else’s details without their permission, through our forms
  • send automated or bulk submissions, spam or malicious code
  • try to gain access to any part of the site, our systems or our accounts that is not public
  • interfere with the site’s operation or security, or place an unreasonable load on it, including through aggressive scraping
  • copy or reuse our content in ways these terms do not allow

You must be 18 or older to submit a form on the site. We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Information, not medical advice

Everything on this site is general information about workplace wellbeing, management and team culture. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.

Boxing CEO does not diagnose, treat or provide therapy, and using this site does not create a clinician and patient relationship or any professional relationship with us. Our programs work alongside your employer’s employee assistance program and licensed clinicians, not instead of them.

If you are worried about your own health or someone else’s, speak to a doctor or licensed clinician. In an emergency, call 911. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Our tools give estimates only

The wellness ROI calculator produces an estimate from the figures you enter. It is not a forecast, financial advice or a promise of what any program will achieve. Check any number you rely on with your own finance team.

The team burnout risk check is a conversation starter about the conditions of work. It is not a clinical tool, it does not diagnose burnout or any other condition, and it does not assess any individual. Both tools run in your browser and do not store or send what you enter.

Prices are indicative, not offers

Prices on this site are shown as “from” figures and are indicative, to help you plan a budget. They are not an offer that can be accepted, and they may change without notice.

The price for any work is the one set out in a written, fixed-fee, itemized proposal that both parties accept. That proposal also sets out what is included, applicable taxes, travel outside Greater Louisville (billed at cost), any venue and lodging costs, and any discount, such as the one we offer nonprofits and schools.

Nothing on the site creates a contract for services until a proposal or agreement is signed.

Examples are scenarios, not promises

Pages that describe an example engagement are labeled “Example” and describe a scenario to show how a program could work. They are not accounts of past clients, and they are not a promise that any organization will see a particular result.

Where we cite research, such as studies from the University of Oxford, Gallup, the World Health Organization or the U.S. Surgeon General, the findings belong to their authors and are summarized for general information. We do not guarantee outcomes from any program.

Our content and names

The site and its content, including text, illustrations, design, logos and the selection and arrangement of material, belong to Boxing CEO LLC or to the people who license it to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws.

Boxing CEO, The Corner Method, Fight Camp, The Corner, Weigh-In, Rounds and Recovery, Recognition Rounds and our other program names are trade names of Boxing CEO LLC. You may not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or that causes confusion about who provides a service.

You may link to any page and share it freely. You may also print or download pages for your own use or for internal use in your organization, such as sharing the planning guide with your leadership team, as long as you keep our name and this site’s address on it. You may not republish, sell or adapt our content, or use it to train machine learning models or build a competing product, without our written permission.

What you send us

When you send us a message, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. If you send ideas, feedback or suggestions about our services or the site, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Please do not send confidential business information, health information or anyone else’s personal information through our forms or by email unless we have agreed a secure way to receive it.

Links to other websites

The site links to other websites, such as research sources and public guidance, because we think they are useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement, and your use of another site is governed by its own terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

We work hard to keep the site accurate, current and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

We do not promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or up to date.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Boxing CEO LLC, its members, coaches and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything on it, even if we were told such damages were possible.

To the same extent, our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

Some states do not allow certain warranties or damages to be excluded or limited. Where that is the case, these limits apply only as far as the law permits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for client work is set by the client agreement, not by this section.

Your responsibility to us

If you misuse the site or break these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, losses and legal fees we incur as a result of any claim brought against us because of it.

Kentucky law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute about the site or these terms, are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

If you have a concern, please email hi@boxingceo.com first, and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. If we cannot, you and we agree that any claim will be brought only in the state courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky, or the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, and both of us consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Changes apply from that date to anyone using the site afterward, so please check back occasionally. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

The rest of the fine print

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not waived it. These terms, together with our privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the site. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to a successor business.
