NBC-HWC certified. Run group sessions on sleep, stress, energy and habits, on site and online.
Leadership facilitator
ICF credential (ACC, PCC or MCC). Lead manager workshops and small-group coaching cohorts.
Movement and recovery coach
NCCA-accredited certification. Gentle, optional sessions adapted for every ability, from office floors to loading docks.
Event producer
Run venues, vendors, accessibility and run-of-show for Wellness Days, events and retreats.
Financial wellbeing educator
Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC). Teach budgeting, debt and benefits choices; never sell financial products.
