A day that resets the whole site
Stations, short talks and a shared meal, planned around your shifts.
- Length
- One day on site, planned over six weeks
- Price, indicative
- From $4,500
A wellness day works when it feels like a gift of time, not another mandatory meeting. We turn a parking lot, a cafeteria or a warehouse floor into a day people choose to join, and leave each team with one habit worth keeping on Monday.

Is this the right program?
Right for you if
- You want to thank people with something better than a pizza lunch
- Shift patterns mean whole-company events rarely reach everyone
- You are launching a wider wellbeing program and want a visible start
Look elsewhere if
- You expect one day to fix turnover or burnout; it will not, but Fight Camp works on the causes
- You want biometric screening or health testing; we do not offer clinical services
Example: a bourbon distillery after the fall rush
A 90-person bourbon distillery outside Louisville holds its Wellness Day in the rickhouse yard once the fall visitor season ends. Bottling and tour staff rotate through stations in 40-minute slots so the line keeps running. The lunch talk covers sleep after long shifts, and the afternoon challenge mixes stillhouse and gift shop teams. The summary suggests a spring repeat before the bottling peak.
Wellness Days questions, answered
What happens at a Wellness Day?
People move through four to six stations at their own pace, such as sleep and recovery, posture and desk setup, stress and breathing, healthy snacks and a gentle stretch. Two short talks run twice so every shift can attend, and the day ends with an optional team challenge.
Can you run a wellness day for more than 100 people?
Yes. Larger sites add stations, coaches and time slots, and organizations with several sites often run a day at each one in the same week. The fee scales with headcount and is itemized in the proposal, so you see exactly what each addition costs.
How far ahead should we book?
Six weeks is comfortable. That leaves time for a staff poll, a site walk, coach scheduling, food and invitations. We can often work in three to four weeks if your date and spaces are fixed and the site walk can happen early.
Do you provide health screenings?
No. We do not run biometric screening, blood tests or anything clinical, and we never collect personal health data. If your benefits provider offers screenings, we can make space for them in the day, run under the provider’s own consent and privacy rules.
Does it work for night and weekend shifts?
Yes. We open early for the night shift leaving, repeat the key talks later in the day and sometimes add a short evening session. For 24-hour operations we often split the day into two windows so no crew is left out.
