One corner team across four cities
The same coaches and programs in Lexington, Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Nashville.

Regional employers often run a head office in one city and sites in two or three others. We drive to all four, so a Cincinnati plant and a Nashville office can run the same program with the same coaches, and leadership reads one scorecard.
Cities we travel to
We travel by road from Louisville for on-site work in and around:
- Lexington and Central Kentucky
- Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky
- Indianapolis and its suburbs
- Nashville and Middle Tennessee
- Sites along I-64, I-71 and I-65 between them
What travels well
Full-day site visits
One trip, several sessions: a morning manager workshop, short sessions at shift change and a leadership debrief.
Wellness Days
A Wellness Day for up to 100 people at your regional site, produced and staffed by our Louisville team.
Team building and off-sites
Half-day team sessions or leadership workshops in your office or a nearby hotel conference room.
Visits plus video
Kickoffs and manager coaching on site, then weekly sessions by video between visits to keep travel down.
Travel, timing and cost
Travel at cost
Mileage and any overnight lodging are billed at cost and shown as their own line in your fixed-fee proposal.
Early starts
For a 6 a.m. session in Indianapolis or Nashville, the coach drives in the night before.
Grouped visits
We cluster sessions into one or two trips a month, so several teams share the cost of each trip.
Nashville time
Nashville is on Central time, an hour behind the other three cities. Every invite states local time.

Questions from regional teams
Do you travel beyond these four cities?
Yes, for retreats and larger events. Retreats run anywhere in the US, and virtual programs reach employees nationwide. For regular on-site sessions we focus on Greater Louisville, Southern Indiana, Lexington, Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Nashville, so coaches arrive fresh and on time rather than straight off a long drive.
How is regional travel billed?
At cost, as its own line in your fixed-fee proposal. A day trip to Lexington or Cincinnati usually means mileage only, while Indianapolis and Nashville may add a hotel night for early or late sessions. You see the estimated travel line before you sign, so nothing about it arrives as a surprise.
Can one program cover sites in several cities?
Yes. One program can run at a Louisville head office, a Lexington site and a Nashville branch at the same time. Each site gets sessions on its own schedule, remote staff join by video, and leadership gets one scorecard that compares sites without reporting on any group smaller than ten people.
How do you handle the time difference in Nashville?
We schedule in your local time. Nashville is on Central time, an hour behind Louisville, Lexington, Cincinnati and Indianapolis, so a 7 a.m. Nashville session is 8 a.m. for a coach driving down. Proposals, calendar invites and reminders always state the local start time to avoid any confusion.
How far ahead should we book a regional visit?
Four to six weeks for most sessions and team days, and longer for a Wellness Day or a program across several sites. Booking a few visits together lets us plan one trip for several sessions, which keeps the travel line on your proposal small and gives your teams a steady rhythm.
